Our Dental Family is deeply saddened with the sudden passing of another one of our finest-longtime member, Navy Dentist Dr. James “Jim” Hix, III, who drowned in Lake Erie while competing in the US Triathlon in Cleveland, Ohio, on August 11th at the age of 75. His son Jason said, “Dad lived a good life, all the way to the end. He died doing something he loved to do and was healthy until the end.” We offer our heartfelt thoughts and prayers to Dr. Jim’s wife Ann and the Hix Family during this most difficult time.
Graveside Rites with Military Honors for Dr. Jim Hix will be held Monday, August 27th at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado. (Address: 4400 West Kenyon Ave)
