Monday, December 12th: Public Viewing, 10:00 am-8:00 pm - with family receiving friends from 5:00-7:00 - at Ninde Brookside Funeral Home, 3841 S Peoria Ave, Tulsa, OK 74105
Tuesday, December 13th: Funeral Service, 10:00 am at Jenks Church of Christ, 2101 W 118th St S, Jenks, OK 74037 (118th & S Elwood).
Dr. Rick will be laid to rest at the Sunrise Cemetery in Kellyville, OK following.
